1. Do I need an account to start purchasing?

Yes you will need to register for an account to start purchasing with us. This will allow you to check out with greater ease each time.

2. What should I do if I'm having trouble logging into my account?

Please check that your login details – email address and password are same as the one you submitted upon registration.

Our passwords are case sensitive.

Order & Payment

1. What payment methods do you provide?

You can make payment via direct online transfer using Baiduri or BIBD Banks. Below are our account details:

Once you have completed your payment, take a screenshot of your successful transaction and upload it under ‘Order’ in ‘My Account’. 

  • All payments for orders are to be made in Brunei Dollar (BND).
  • Payment status will be reflected on order status.
  • Orders will not be processed until full payment is made and verified.
  • Payments shall not be deemed to be made until full amount of payment has been cleared.

2. How will I know if my order was confirmed?

Adding item(s) in your cart, it does not signify that you have successfully purchased the item(s).

Your order is only secured upon successfully completing full payment, this means uploading the proof of payment and receiving your verification from our team.

Once your order and payment has been verified by one of our staff, you will receive a Confirmation’ email with details for collection.

You may also log in to your account at any time to check your order status in ‘My Account’ page under ‘Order’.

3. What does my Order Status mean?

On Hold : Your order has been received and is currently being processed

Completed : Your order is confirmed and ready for collection!

4. I have problems with checking out of my cart.

You will be able to check out an item as long as it is still available on our site. 

Out of stock items will be removed from cart.

Processing & Collection

1. How long will it take to process my order?

We do our best here at Bajoo to fulfil your orders within 3-5 working days. Delays are expected during peak or sales period.

Orders are processed until 5pm. Any orders received after 5pm will be queued for processing the next working day.

2. Collection Method

A gentle note that we require 3 – 5 working days to process all orders.

However, delays in processing of orders may be expected during peak and sale periods.

You will receive a ‘Ready for Collection’ email notification when your order is ready, hence please wait for the message before heading down.

3. Do you provide delivery?

Unfortunately we do not provide delivery at the moment.

You may arrange for your own runner to collect your order on your behalf.

Exchange, Return/refund or Cancellation

1. Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?

Unfortunately we do not accept any cancellation or amendments after you have confirmed your order. 

Please ensure that you have added the correct item(s) in the correct colour and/or size before proceeding to check out.

We will not be held liable for any incorrect or duplicate orders placed

2. Can I return/refund or exchange the item(s) after purchase?

For health and safety reasons, we currently follow a ‘No Return, No Exchange Policy’.
